We'll Become Beginners Together

Hey y'all! Thanks so much for jumping in here to listen to me blabber on about whatever's on my mind. I have to be up front - this isn't my first rodeo when it comes to blogging. I tried to start a blog about a year ago, but I had some very unfortunate things happen right as I was starting it and I just didn't have time for it. But, without further adieu, I'm baaack!
I've had a lot of time to rethink what I wanted my blog to look and feel like. I've done so much research on how to create the "perfect" blog, and the biggest takeaway I got from it all was to just talk about things I love, my "niches" as it was. So that's what I'm here to do - talk about what I love, why I love it, what I do, and how I do it. So be prepared for probably some of the moodiest blog posts you'll ever read. It's a great start, and I think I'm on the right path to making this an enjoyable blog for everyone out there bored enough to read it. But there's always a bigger picture - and my bigger picture idea for this blog is to inspire. I find inspiration to be a wild and funny thing, how just by smiling at someone or complimenting a stranger you can inspire them to be happy, to go out there and "kill it" doing whatever it is they're doing. But it works - and I want to be a walking, talking, inspirational quote for anyone who needs it.
I decided to name this blog "Becoming A Beginner" because my most recent epiphany (yes I have a lot of them) helped me understand that nine times out of ten, regardless of where you're at in life, you're going to have to start over. When you think of a beginner, you may think of someone inexperienced, a novice at a sport, or someone who's just starting their lives. While this is a true definition, I also believe a beginner can be someone who has a lot of experience, who's played a sport for so long in the past that they want to start over and begin their life on a different path, in a different direction. And I'm here to tell you that it's okay to become a beginner all over again. It's never to late to stop, take a deep breath, and take a step in a completely different direction. I've done it more times than I can count - and I want to be a hand you can hold while you walk down the "path less traveled." So, grab a cup of coffee (or a glass of wine, sometimes I prefer both simultaneously), and let's talk about our ups and downs together and figure out where we're going to go, and where we plan to be in the next 5 or 10 years.
If you stick around for a while, I promise it'll pay off. I'll laugh with you, I'll cry with you, and I'll downright scream out of anger with you. The most important part is that we're in this together, and that we all have someone to lean on through every moment in life.
I'm signing off - but I'll be back. Hold the fort down you experienced beginners!
